1 week to go

I have accomplished so much this year, and I am so proud of myself.  That's the purpose, right?  Set goals and accomplish them.  If we don't complete them right away, we keep chipping away.  I'm not interested in being discouraged by those I didn't accomplish by my 30th birthday.

I probably won't can meat - I just can't get comfortable with it yet!
I don't have iMovie...so the digital movie will take a little longer to complete!
I could lose 29 pounds by my 30th birthday if I cut one of my legs off.  It's not really THAT worth it to me.  But I'm in the best shape of my life (even when I was thinner, my cardio wasn't nearly this capable) and I am dedicated to continuing what I've already worked up to!
My Grampy happens to be in Maine right now, and if I snap some photos with him before my birthday, then mission accomplished.  If we do it after my birthday, the mission is still accomplished.
I don't think I'll get on a lobster boat this week, especially given the weather, but I will certainly keep working on this one!  I am DETERMINED to try this!!
I couldn't turn FACEBOOK off... I'm so lame.  On the flipside, I'm a real people-person, and it keeps me up to date with people I care about, but it also helps me make plans to see people in-person.  And to share with people (possibly inspire your own goals?) how I spend my days.
SAVING money...This is hard for me.  No excuses.  But I've made a goal to see Scotland in Summer 2013, and told Anna-Maria I'd save $20 a week.  EEKS!  If I have money in my Savings Account on my birthday, this mission will be accomplished :)
I didn't wear EVERY hat twice, per se, but my friend Kelly-Anne took some really cute professional photos of me wearing every hat, in one day, in the Old Port.  The photos are so cute, I think this should count.  It wasn't exactly the point I was going for, but I think something even better came out of it.  Not to mention, some of the hats went into the yardsale, so they are GONE!
I only got to one lighthouse with my Gram, but it was on her 80th birthday, and I think that was pretty special on its own.  This goal will continue through the summer :)
I only made it to 6 of 16 State Parks.  Some of these will be accomplished with Gram's lighthouses.  I've been trying to formulate a plan in my head about biking from State Park to State Park, camping, and having a friend (or friends) drive my camping gear and act as my safety plan!  It looks like I might have time this summer to do this without a job!!
I still have time to see the Desert of Maine.  Maybe on Sunday the 10th?

I'm tired, and I may not have mentioned some other things... but I've done a lot that I am proud of, and I'm grateful for everyone's support.  Here comes the homestretch!!
