June 11th, 2011 marks my 29th year in this wonderful world. I have a great life, and I am really thrilled to keep racking up years, as opposed to the alternative! But, I've decided there are some things I need/want to tackle in this, my Thirtieth year. So, I have 29 Missions to transition my 30th year, and this is to share my journey!

Learn to can meat
I have done some research on this, and I will need to use a pressure cooker. I'll have to borrow Mom's - and can chicken soup or something? Eeks.
